This past fall, Ms. Seyb premiered her work Off-Broadway in WALMARTOPIA at The Minetta Lane Theatre. Most recently, her piece LEMONADE, a piece that pokes fun of the stereotypes within the dance world, was requested to show at the Dancers Responding to AIDS annual Gala DANCE FROM THE HEART. Last summer, she choreographed for the development workshop of CHEER, produced by Richard Frankel Productions. She also proudly served an Observership with Kathleen Marshall in the Tony Award winning revival of THE PAJAMA GAME starring Harry Connick Jr.

Ms. Seyb’s celebrated work in The New York Musical Theatre Festival includes choreographing the award winning musical, SUCH GOOD FRIENDS, directed by Marc Bruni, starring Liz Larsen and Brad Oscar. Her full-length dance narrative, SCHOOL DAZE, A NEW DANCE COMEDY, which she conceived, directed and choreographed, was asked to kick off their first dance series in 2006. Other musicals include DIE HARD: THE PUPPET MUSICAL and BUT I’M A CHEERLEADER which both had to add performances due to their sold out runs. Lastly, she co-hosted the Special Event, FRESHLY TOSSED, where she premiered her work-in-progress CATCH and her award winning SUPER NOVAS opened the show.

Ms. Seyb has choreographed many original musicals Off-Off Broadway including: WEST BANK UK (La Mama), DREAMS THIS WAY: THE BEST OF RAW IMPRESSIONS MUSICAL THEATRE (TADA! Theatre) and Trey Parker’s CANNIBAL! THE MUSICAL (Kraine Theater); where she also served as Assistant Director. She is pleased to be an alumna of THE A TRAIN PLAYS, working in their most recent installment.

Ms. Seyb continues to work in the world of straight plays on such pieces as THE CHERRY ORCHARD (Beckett Theatre), THE SILENT CONCERTO (14th St. Theater) and INDOOR/OUTDOOR (DR2, Theatre).

Her concert work has been presented at numerous venues in New York, such as FAMILY MATTERS (Dance Theatre Workshop), MOVE IT (HERE), The International Dance Festival Opening Night Gala (Doris Duke Theatre), The Remember Project (St. Mark’s Church), Winter Festival (Ailey Citigroup Theater), and The Elan Awards, which honored the Tony Award-winning choreographer, Jerry Mitchell the year she participated.
