He also choreographed the Broadway productions of Gypsy (starring Bernadette Peters), Imaginary Friends, The Rocky Horror Show (Drama Desk nomination) and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Other choreographic credits include Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Jeffrey (original Off-Broadway productions and films), the national tour of Jekyll & Hyde, the Paper Mill Playhouse production of Follies and for TV, “The Drew Carey Show” (Emmy nomination) and many dances for “The Rosie O’Donnell Show.”
Jerry’s memorable film work includes "In & Out," "Camp," "Drop Dead Gorgeous" and "Scent of a Woman."
Jerry conceived and continues to executive produce "Broadway Bares" annually for the charity Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights Aids.
He marked his directorial debut with Legally Blonde, which he also choreographed and most recently premiered Peep Show in Las Vegas.
Future projects include choreographing Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies and Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman's Catch Me If You Can (both with Jack O’Brien as Director) and directing and choreographing Broadway musicals based on the films, Mad Hot Ballroom and Queen of the Stardust Ballroom.
