Additional New York credits include direction and choreography for the highly acclaimed production of Follies for City Center Encores!, as well as choreography for Bye Bye Birdie for City Center Encores!; Candide starring Patti LuPone and Kristin Chenoweth for the NY Philharmonic (also on “PBS Great Performances”); South Pacific at Carnegie Hall, starring Reba McEntire and Brian Stokes Mitchell (also on “PBS Great Performances”); the musical staging for Can-Can (City Center Encores!); and Sinatra: His Voice. His World. His Way at Radio City Music Hall starring the world-famous Rockettes.

In 2009, Casey directed and choreographed the Los Angeles debut of Minsky's, by Charles Strouse (music), Susan Birkenhead (lyrics) and Bob Martin (book), playing at the Ahmanson Theatre and To Be Or Not To Be on Broadway for Manhattan Theatre Club. Most recently Casey directed and choreographed Elf on Broadway and has The Book of Mormon opening in March 2011.

Other original musicals Casey has choreographed include Lucky Duck (Old Globe), The Road to Hollywood (Goodspeed Opera House) and The Prince and the Pauper (5th Avenue Theatre/Ordway) Robin and the Seven Hoods. Television: "PBS Great Performances" and segments for "The Today Show" and ABC.
