Applications....update.

We have already received a great many applications for the 2010 showcase and the deadline is September 18th.

Here is what happens then....... they will all be looked at ...none have been opened yet...in an attempt at fairness, we wait until they are all in......, then those chosen to proceed to the next round will be asked to submit their reels and their recommendations. That notification should occur within the next week or two.

 We will re-post a detailed description of what we are looking for in reels and set another deadline for that. It will be atleast 6 weeks out, so you will have ample time to get this to us.

 There will be a  preliminary screening, by a committee of DanceBreak Foundation Board members, of all the submitted reels to further narrow down the number of reels that will then be seen by the full Selection Committee. 

That final screening  will take place in early January 

 We are hoping for a performance date of early March, but that has, as yet, to be decided.
